Aeromedical support can be provided as a one-time training program, a short-term or a long-term support contract. The focus of the support is addressing Human Performance.<\/h6>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

An example of one-time training would be providing from 1 to 8 hours of training. \u00a0This could also be multiple days of training such as our 3-Day courses.<\/h6>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

Short- and long-term contracts consist of both on-site and off-site responsibilities. \u00a0 Each has specific tasks and even though on-site representation shifts to off-site does not mean our responsibilities are suspended. \u00a0An example of short- or long-term contract Scope of Work would be:<\/h6>\r\n

1. Be on-site for determined time. During this time:<\/h3>\r\n
    \r\n
  • Provide individual support to personnel needing assistance<\/li>\r\n
  • Provide in-service training (including paperwork for CEs if needed)<\/li>\r\n
  • Provide operational (in aircraft) evaluation of physiological issues, such as noise levels, vibrations, etc.<\/li>\r\n
  • Provide any assistance on projects as needed (e.g., SMS development, safety program development, etc.)<\/li>\r\n
  • Provide ALSE inspections<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    <\/p>\r\n

    2. During the time off-site<\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n
    • Initiate weekly calls to designated personnel<\/li>\r\n
    • Be available for confidential consultations to all flight department personnel<\/li>\r\n
    • Be available 24\/7 for emergency consultation calls<\/li>\r\n
    • Provide monthly summaries of any relevant papers or presentations<\/li>\r\n
    • Provide support (on-site if necessary) with flight crew\u2019s AME in the event of an issue<\/li>\r\n
    • Be available for on-site support for a minimum of 3 days in the case of an accident<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
