Our Services

Aeromedical support can be provided as a one-time training program, a short-term or a long-term support contract. The focus of the support is addressing Human Performance.

An example of one-time training would be providing from 1 to 8 hours of training.  This could also be multiple days of training such as our 3-Day courses.

Short- and long-term contracts consist of both on-site and off-site responsibilities.   Each has specific tasks and even though on-site representation shifts to off-site does not mean our responsibilities are suspended.  An example of short- or long-term contract Scope of Work would be:

1. Be on-site for determined time. During this time:

  • Provide individual support to personnel needing assistance
  • Provide in-service training (including paperwork for CEs if needed)
  • Provide operational (in aircraft) evaluation of physiological issues, such as noise levels, vibrations, etc.
  • Provide any assistance on projects as needed (e.g., SMS development, safety program development, etc.)
  • Provide ALSE inspections

2. During the time off-site

  • Initiate weekly calls to designated personnel
  • Be available for confidential consultations to all flight department personnel
  • Be available 24/7 for emergency consultation calls
  • Provide monthly summaries of any relevant papers or presentations
  • Provide support (on-site if necessary) with flight crew’s AME in the event of an issue
  • Be available for on-site support for a minimum of 3 days in the case of an accident
